Thanks for stopping by to have a look at aboutapp. We think it’s pretty nifty and though it won’t fix your head the morning after a large one, solve the mysteries of the universe or deliver world peace, what it will do is let you filter the types of LGBT events you might like that are going on today, tomorrow or a specific date in the future.

There’s also a free version available if you don’t want to pay for this one. The link should be somewhere nearby. It was the first version of our idea so doesn’t have the advert-free-white-design, maps and auto-location that this version does...but it gives you the same results.

We’ve got an ever growing database of events in our magical archives that means you can save time by avioding search after search on the web - set your preferences up front and use the icons to change them as you want to. Right now we’re working with venue and event managers all over the UK and ROI so they can upload events directly to our systems.

We wanted to put LGBT events at the heart of aboutapp, to let you know what is going on behind the doors of static venues, give you the latest LGBT pop-up events, let you change the type of events you want and covered all the cities and towns you might visit, big or small. We support LGBT entertainment, in whatever form, wherever it’s taking place.

There’s a lot of things we could add to the app, like linking offers from venues or letting you shortlist events with your diary - whatever we improve, won’t get the design right first second or even third time but we’re working to get there and we really love hearing from our users, so if you have some feedback drop us an email at [email protected]
